UAS students in all degree programs can find academic course work of varying lengths (year-long, semester only, and summer options), both nationally and internationally.
As you research your options, you will be amazed at how affordable, accessible, and varied the study away programs are. To choose which program is best for you, you should consider the following:
- Location: National or International? Language (most programs can be taught in English)? Region of the world?
- Program type: Semester, Year, or Summer? Travel with a group or independently?
- Avcademics: Do you need certain classes? How flexible is my course schedule?
- Cost: How important is my budget? Do I want to apply for scholarships? What is my program price range?

Students applying and participating in our exchange programs have access to more schools in more places typically for a more affordable price. Students applying complete one application and select multiple locations and schools. Tuition is paid directly to UAS for International and can be paid to UAS or the host campus for National.
